At BONKERS, we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
